As of August 7, 2019, we have a known issue with password resets. Some mobile carriers are blocking the link that we send out to reset your password. If have attempted to reset your password and do not receive a text within 30 minutes, please create a ticket. In the ticket, please provide the mobile number that you have registered with Prospeqs so we can help you reset your password.
