Something's Broken. What do I do?

Something not working? Here are the steps to resolve it.

  1. Check to see if you have the latest version of Prospeqs installed. If not, then follow these steps:
    1. Delete the application from your phone. This will not delete your horses, rides, or media.
    2. Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
    3. Log in with your existing credentials.
    4. If you experience the same problem after updating, please submit a ticket here.
  2. If you already have the latest app version, then send us a ticket here and we’ll get right on it.
