Something not working? Here are the steps to resolve it.
- Check to see if you have the latest version of Prospeqs installed. If not, then follow these steps:
- Delete the application from your phone. This will not delete your horses, rides, or media.
- Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
- Log in with your existing credentials.
- If you experience the same problem after updating, please submit a ticket here.
- If you already have the latest app version, then send us a ticket here and we’ll get right on it.
